Richard lost 8 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle in less than 2 months!

Cory’s a really cool guy. Look what he did with me over the summer while I was home from college. I lost 8 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle in 2 months!

I now have six pack abs and feel better and more confident than I ever have in the past. I wish I could train year round with Cory but is not possible while I am away at school. Cory writes up new programs for me every month, that way I can continue to make progress all year round. Seriously, Cory is great and he gave me the incentive to weight train and stay healthy while I am in college.
