Cory is awesome! I am in my third year of personal training with Cory. I train with him twice a week. He tailors my program to meet my particular needs, including recovery from hip surgery and competitive mountain biking.

Cory frequently changes my program to challenge me and to keep things interesting. Cory does all of the real work (planning, set-up and encouragement) and I only have to show up and work hard. At age 61, I am stronger and more physically fit (thanks in large measure to Cory) than I was at age 21.
