"I went to see Cory twice a week at about 60 lbs overweight. Cory did the initial assessment and showed me a chart of where I was at currently and where I would be every month in the future until I hit my goal.

It was nice to see my goals on paper and it helped to motivate me to get there. Cory gave me a great weight training, cardio and nutrition plans and changed them every month so that I’d continue to improve. He is easy to get along with and fun to be around.
