I have osteoporosis and strength training is the key to protecting my bones. During this time with Cory, I have had broken bones in my foot and a broken collar bone and with both events, Cory has worked with me so that I don't just stop my entire workout. We were able to work other areas without injuring my broken bones. He is so knowledgeable about nutrition as well as the human body and the way it works and I so respect that. This past year I have been out of Minnesota for months at a time and Cory has prepared a monthly program for me to do my workout elsewhere. This has been quite helpful because normally when I'm away, I tend to slack off - well, not anymore. But I must admit; I can't wait to be back in the gym with Cory so that he'll push me to the limits, give me pep talks and make me feel even better.
